You have the right to return products purchased and request their replacement in all cases where the MAH JONG store sold wrong or poor quality and faulty products (wrong order execution, invoicing, shipment, damage during shipment, poor packaging, etc.)
In all these cases, the customer has the choice either not to accept receipt of the product or, after delivery, return the product within 20 days from the day of delivery.
In each case, the products must be returned in perfect condition, in the condition received by the client, complete and undamaged and the packaging of the product shall be the original (identical IMEI no) and in perfect condition. If not returned within 20 days, then the MAH JONG store may not accept any refund or replacement.
In any case, for all the above cases, the maximum time for replacement may not exceed twenty (20) calendar days from the date of receipt. Furthermore, for all cases, the product to be replaced/repaired must be accompanied by all the documents accompanying the product (e.g invoice, retail receipt etc).
Before any refund, prior consultation with the MAH JONG e-shop is required.
In any case, product replacement is possible under the following conditions:
• contact on the same day or on the next working day with the e-shop or by phone at 210-3611354 and 210-3622860.
• the product shall not been used
• the product shall be accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. invoice, retail receipt etc.)
• If any of the products received is problematic, you can bring / send the product to the MAH JONG store, 14 Kanaris str., 10674Kolonaki, Athens, at your own cost. If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it immediately free of charge
• If we have sent the wrong item, we will send you the right one and assume all costs for the shipment of the old and the new product.
• Shall the product does not fit you, you can replace it within 20 days (in its full packing), by sending the product to the above address at your own charge.
